With 25 years of global Event Management experience under her belt, Philippa Christer currently leads a team of 21 across 5 events at Montgomery Group. She has led the current team to achieve 38% growth in just 2 years and has a remit to double the size of the portfolio in a further 3 years.

Her experience spans all sectors of the global events industry, from high-profile product launches, corporate parties, awards and conferences to large-scale exhibitions.

Her passion lies in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and raising industry standards. What truly motivates her is empowering others to grow in their careers and nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Philippa is a strong believer in the power of live events and is a tireless advocate for the industry. She promotes its value and future potential globally through her work on the AEO Development Board, as a lecturer with the Event Academy, her contributions as past President of Women in Exhibitions UK, and as a member of the UFI Event Directors Advisory Board.
